I’m a product designer obsessed with making new tools and processes feel welcoming from day one. Before design, I trained medical scribes in healthtech, refined recruitment workflows at DoorDash, and supported UX Research Operations at Atlassian and Dropbox. Those experiences shaped how I see the way systems, teams, and customers tangle together in real life.

Recently, as part of my MHCI+D capstone at the University of Washington, I redesigned Optimizely’s Web Experimentation onboarding to help people start A/B testing with integrated AI more confidently.
